I don't know how long this post will be, this'll be a backlog of stuff that has happened this week.
Had Marcom (which I am most certain I will fail) and Medsoc (still have chance to pass this) test on Monday. I swear, you will never be able to do tests or exams in the new LTs. The chairs are so plush and comfy, and the airconditioning is so freaking cold, you just wanna curl up and sleep. And the little swing-out 'tables' are TINY. Not even the size of a piece of A4 paper =.=
Webgra quiz on Tuesday which was really kinda guided. Then went to Audrey's place for filming. Filmed a little, had pizza for dinner, emo-ed around with guitars and sing-a-longs, filmed a little more, then we (except Audrey and her folks) were getting drunk =D
I seriously have never been that wasted before in my entire existence in my entire life. Had some Hoegarden(sp?), then some Baileys. Kavina'd brought Chardonnay. Already getting a little wasted on the Hoegarden and the Baileys already, then we decided to open the wine.
Except that there was no wine opener in the kitchen.
Audrey called out her dad, who said that he'd hidden the wine opener. After much rummaging in the kitchen, he came out and said he'd forgotten where he'd hidden it. So okay, we watched a little more TV, drank a little more Hoegarden, then we decided to do a little more rummaging ourselves. I scrutinized the surroundings of the kitchen, and I swear I could hear the wine opener calling out to me. I bent down, opened the cabinet under the sink, removed some stuff, then there was this relatively huge plastic container hiding in the back. The wine opener was positively singing to me by now. I took the container out, rummaged a little and my hand resurfaced victorious, wine opener clutched within my triumphant fingers.
Yes, I love my alcohol (whenever I can get my hands on it), and I'll do whatever I can to get it (when its within reach). Luckily I found the wine opener, or Isaac'd've to saber it.
Had a little trouble opening the bottle though, the lip wasn't the usual kind. But we got our wine anyway =D Then Isaac had the bright idea of playing blackjack. With stakes, of course. First, it was eating a whole peanut Ritz cookie if you lost. Then Isaac had another brainwave.
Thousand Island
Mayonnaise
Curry sauce (from Macs)
Garlic chilli (from Macs)
Chilli flakes (from Pizza Hut)
Peanut butter
Some weird onion crackers thingy
Sugar
Loser eats a spoonful. Then we upped the stakes to a spoonful of that concoction, and a shot of wine. How wonderful. The paste tasted pretty good though, I didn't mind losing. Then Kavina had the bright idea of mixing Baileys together with the paste.
Potent.
So by the time the wine was finished, Kavina and I were pretty much wasted. Isaac was left to pack up the living room, and forced us to drink like, 2 glasses of water before we pinball-ed our way, as Isaac described it, from the living room to the room we were gonna be sleeping in. Drew a little on a human canvas, took some pictures, then we went to sleep.
Kav collapsed on the bed, and woke up on the floor. Yay.
Thank goodness I didn't have a hangover when I woke up. I was just freaking tired. And we didn't really have the mood to film. We had to anyway =/
Never ever drink before you have important stuff to do. But it was super fun =D
Debated on Thursday (I SUCK at debates), spent the rest of the day editing my video. Had a pretty short Locvid class, then I was on my way home. Did the rest of my Gracom project, then I hit the sack.
Went to hand in my Gracom project today. There was the box thingy for the Bauhaus envelope, so I just put it in there, but there was no box or something for the mounting boards. My sis and I were standing there, looking into the darkened staff room of the FMS block, wondering how the hell I was supposed to hand in my mounting boards. I couldn't just leave them outside, someone could just take them and throw them away or something. Then my sis found out that the pigeon hole beside the Bauhaus pigeon hole could be opened. I tried putting the boards in there but found that the box was too short length-wise. Then I realised that the back of the pigeon hole could also be opened.
I crawled in, placed my mounting boards behind the pigeon hole for the Bauhaus project, then crawled out again.
I hope my boards are safe =D
Flying off to Bangkok in a few hours; I'd be on the plane in about 9 hours. There'll be a lack of updates for sure (if anyone bothers to read, I thank you if you do ^^), but I'll do my best to give a full account of whatever happened there. Anything funny, anyway.
About time to shower then give myself up to unconsciousness until my mother comes to wake me up at an unearthly hour to prepare for the trip.
Jya, mata~
