Gran's in hospital.
She'll have to undergo surgery, but there's no need to rush.
Spinal cord compression, due to the collapse of the vertebrae, she says there's a constant numbness in her hands and feet. She can't feel stuff, her hands are typical of those of someone who has suffered a stroke before, and indeed, her MRI scans show that she suffered a small stroke before, but no one knew it, not even her.
Its true, what they say in Singapore, that you can die but cannot get sick, because its so damned expensive.
And even if you do get well after the treatments and whatnot, the medical bills will kill you anyway.
THE WORDS BELOW ARE PURELY MY THOUGHTS. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FOLLOW OR EMULATE WHATEVER I WRITE AFTER THIS. ANY ACTIONS TAKEN WOULD BE THE FAULT OF YOUR OWN, NOT MINE.

Jump off a building or something, a realllllly tall building, so that you would have an almost instantaneous death. And you don't even have to pay for the people who comes to scrape off your remains from the concrete below! You might even -gasp!- get media coverage!
You can also try getting run down by a truck or some heavy vehicle. But then there'd be a lawsuit. Better keep things to yourself, and jump =D
Bah.
