September 11

A moment of silence as we commemorate those who lost their lives in the suicide bombing that took place at the Twin Towers six years ago on this very day.

--

Father God, I pray that those terrorists would learn the error of their ways and repent before its too late to redeem themselves. I also pray that the people who lost their loved ones, their friends and family to the bombing would live their days knowing that they are up there with You, that they are not suffering and they are not in pain. I pray for a peace upon their hearts, those whose wounds have not healed from the sudden deaths, from this catastrophe. Bring upon Your healing to the world, heal broken hearts, broken minds, fractured spirits. Cover us with the blood of the Lamb and protect us from all harm and evil.

Amen.

Let the slate be wiped clean, past sins be washed white as snow.
