Sawadikaa~
The hotel room isn't as cold as last night. And I still hate opaque shower curtains. Blah.
Today we went to Platinum Fashion Mall. There were so many things to see that it was mind-blasting. Shirts here, dresses there, narrow aisles, men, women and lady boys hawking their wares in their languid, melodic voices (not so for some).
But anyway, here's my haul for today. In whatever order of purchase that I can remember:
1. T-shirt
2. 3 cotton long-sleeve shirts, 2 white, 1 grey. I think.
3. New home for my macbook. It's from 'Gusto'. Really pretty shop with really pretty products. And I totally <3 the design! Cost less than 10 bucks and it's a perfect fit for Popcorn (:
4. Backpack. This one is awesome. The material is really soft to the touch, quite like well-worn denim.
5. Hairband
Hmm. I don't seem to have gotten any bottoms. I shall look into it tomorrow. Last full day in Bangkok before I go back to the real world. Haha.
I don't want to go back to work.
Anyway, we had that awesome foot massage today, and I think we'll be going for the traditional full body massage tomorrow. It's cheaper for some reason.
I wonder why.
Before the massage, we were walking around this night bazaar thing, and we saw many little baby rabbits huddled in a cage.
Going for 150baht.
That rounds up to SGD6.26.
Like what. the. hell?? Where got rabbits so cheap one??
The cost of one bunny was even cheaper than a pair of shoes that were going for sale in the neighbouring booth. There were also hamsters thrown into a Toyogo-like box, but I didn't see the price.
Maybe they're all sickly and stuff, that's why they're so cheap. Or they breed their own bunnies at home.
Imagine the stink, haha.
Of course, dad refused to let us buy one. Well, we can't even bring it into the airport =/
So... yeah. I shall wait for my hair to dry before I go to sleep.
I think the masseuse pulled a tendon or something. My right arm is feeling weird now.
Bye (:
